How do Loyalty Program discounts work?
Loyalty discounts are based on your spend online and at our cellar door per calendar year.
- Sign-up and spend up to $699 – receive a 10% discount
- Spend over $700 – receive a 15% discount
If I spend over $700 on my first purchase, will I receive 15% off?
No – when you make your first purchase you will receive a 10% discount. If your purchase exceeds $700, your next purchase will qualify for the 15% discount and any other purchases made thereafter.
How do I receive my discount?
If you’re shopping with us online, make sure you’re signed into your account. Once signed in, your discount will be visible on the Shop page based on which Loyalty tier you belong to.
If you’re shopping with us at our cellar door, simply let our staff know your name, phone number or email and you’ll receive your discount at the point of purchase.
What happens to my Loyalty membership if I upgrade to a Wine Club membership?
Your profile will be updated to your new Wine Club membership where you’ll start enjoying your additional benefits.
How do I know what my Loyalty Program tier is?
Simply sign in to your account to view this in your user profile.
What is the cost of delivery?
Deliveries incur a flat rate fee of $10. This is applicable to anywhere in Australia.
Are my credit card details stored on the site?
No, we use a Stripe payment gateway as well as an SSL certificate to protect your privacy. Read more about our payment gateway and how it handles your credit card details here.
I have forgotten my password; how do I retrieve it?
Simply navigate to the My Account page and select “Lost Password”, following the steps to reset.
Can I update my own details?
Yes, you can by signing in and navigating to the My Account page. You can manage the following:
- Billing and Shipping details
- Payment methods, including updating, expired credit cards
- View Orders and Invoices
