Nestled deep within our estate, our restaurant is an ideal setting to take in the stunning beauty of Margaret River while enjoying the finest flavours of the southwest region, expertly paired with our wines.

Our Chef Andrea Gasparini will take you on a culinary expedition that brings together memories and experiences from his homeland of Italy with the incredible produce and flavours of Margaret River, that pair perfectly with our wines.

Open for lunch Wednesday to Sunday.

Reservations are essential, so please ensure you book ahead to avoid disappointment. The restaurant is also available for large group bookings from 20 to 130 guests. Please contact us via our Functions Enquiry Form for information about large group dining.

MEET OUR HEAD CHEF

Andrea Gasparini, Head Chef at Xanadu, brings a world of culinary experience and a deep-rooted passion for food to our restaurant. Originally from Venice, Andrea’s journey into professional cooking began as a teenager, inspired by the rich aromas of fresh produce and traditional meals shared in his family kitchen. Those early experiences instilled a respect for exceptional ingredients and the joy of bringing people together through food.  

Andrea honed his craft in some of Italy’s most renowned kitchens, including the two-Michelin-starred Antica Osteria Cera and the historic La Fontanini in Verona. These formative years taught him the discipline and artistry behind fine dining, shaping the vibrant, creative approach he brings to Xanadu today.  

Since moving to Margaret River in 2014, Andrea has found a home and inspiration in the region’s pristine landscapes and exceptional local produce. His dishes celebrate the flavours of the southwest, thoughtfully combined with Italian traditions, to create a menu that perfectly complements our wines.  

Driven by a desire to create unforgettable dining experiences, Andrea believes food should tell a story; one of connection, heritage, and place. At Xanadu, his menu reflects this belief, offering guests a culinary journey that celebrates the beauty of both his homeland and ours.
