How do I receive my 'Family' discount?
If you’re shopping with us online, make sure you’re signed into your account. Once signed in, your discount will be visible on the Shop page.
If you’re shopping with us at our cellar door, simply let our staff know your name, phone number or email and you’ll receive your discount at the point of purchase.
What happens to my 'Family' membership if I upgrade to a Wine Club membership?
Your profile will be updated to your new Wine Club membership where you’ll start enjoying your additional benefits.
What is the cost of delivery?
Deliveries incur a flat rate fee of $10. This is applicable to anywhere in Australia. Delivery is free on orders over $200.
Are my credit card details stored on the site?
