Colour:Pale-straw.
Nose:Pure fruit on the nose, offering lemon zest, oyster shell and a jasmine, floral perfume.
Palate:Elegant and balanced with layers of textural complexity from extended stirring on lees. Lemon pastry, wet slate minerality, sea spray and pithy ruby grapefruit are all held together with a focused acidity.
