Tasting Notes

Colour:Pale straw with slight green tinge.
Nose:Fragrant, zesty lime, passionfruit flower, ripe white peach and aromatic lemongrass characters.
Palate:A medium bodied wine with a delicate texture and lively citrus acidity on the palate, offering notes of lemon drop, guava, honeydew melon and a subtle kaffir lime character. A pure fruit driven wine with a balanced, fresh finish.
Cellaring:A ‘drink now’ style - best consumed while bright and youthful.
