2024 Vinework Vermentino
Pioneers of Margaret River since 1977, each of our bottles embodies our passion, energy, and pride in our wines and our region. Our 1st Vermentino vintage. The palate offers a wonderful array of zesty citrus, white peach and pome fruits. These characters combine with a signature, mouthwatering, saline/minerally element providing a lovely savoury thread to the tangy fruit profile.

Tasting Notes
Colour:Pale straw with slight green tinge.
Nose:The vibrant bouquet displays fresh pears and lime, with delicate wafts of jasmine and sea spray.
Palate: The palate offers a wonderful array of zesty citrus, white peach and pome fruits. These characters combine with a signature, mouthwatering, saline/minerally element providing a lovely savoury thread to the tangy fruit profile.

Winemaking Notes:The fruit was crushed, destemmed and chilled before pressing. The settled, clean juice was then fermented at 15°C in a stainless-steel tank using an aromatic yeast strain to retain fresh varietal characteristics.
