Tasting Notes
Colour:Straw.
Nose:The bouquet of this elegant Chardonnay displays delicate apple and poached pear characters with underlying hints of lanolin, nougat and oyster shell adding complexity.
Palate:The sophisticated palate is light to medium bodied, offering tangy lemon-lime flavours and a wonderful purity of fruit. Bottle age has contributed some lovely nutty elements alongside the talcy/quartz-like structure and bracing acid backbone which focusses the wine to a crisp, lingering finish.
