Tasting Notes
Colour:Pale-straw.
Nose:The bouquet of this elegant Chardonnay displays delicate pear and grapefruit characters with underlying hints of white flowers, lanolin and oyster shell adding complexity.
Palate:The sophisticated palate is offering white peach, tangy citrus flavours and a wonderful purity of fruit. The wine offers a quartz-like crystalline structure with a bracing acid backbone which focusses the wine to a crisp, lingering finish.
