Deep red with purple hues.
Brambly, dark berry fruits, baking spices and fine brandy spirit aromas.
Sweet, vibrant forest fruits, fruit cake spice and supple tannins lead to a warm and luscious finish of well intergrated fortifying spirit.

Crushed, destemmed, and fermented in static fermenters. Fortified with brandy spirit, on skins, at ideal sweetness to arrest fermentation. Pressing occurred soon after fortification.
