Tasting Notes
Colour:Pale salmon.
Nose:Vibrant, fruit-forward aromas of bright cranberry, pink grapefruit and fresh strawberry with a hint of spice.
Palate:The palate is generous with fresh berry fruits, watermelon and pithy citrus. A subtle rose-water perfume adds interest to a crisp refreshingly dry and slightly savoury finish.
Cellaring:A fresh ‘drink now’ style, best consumed while bright and youthful.

Harvest:After a late and wet winter, it was a warm and relatively dry growing season with a few hot days dispersed throughout. Yields were variable and generally much lower than anticipated particularly in white varieties, partially because of the extreme bird pressure—due to a lack of Marri blossom. Overall, the quality of wine produced from vintage 2025 is generally very good.t rainfall from October through harvest. The abundant Marri blossom kept bird pressure low, and picking commenced on 19th January—almost three weeks early. 2024 will be remembered as a powerful, early vintage in Margaret River

Winemaking Notes:Both components were harvested cold and pressed immediately to minimise colour ex-traction in the juice. After settling, each batch was fermented in tank at a cool temperature using an aromatic yeast strain to preserve the primary fruit characteristics.
