Tasting Notes
Colour:Pale straw with a green hue.
Nose:Vibrant aromas of guava and tropical fruit are met with subtle citrus notes of fresh lime and lemongrass.
Palate:Medium bodied with a fresh zesty palate, full of lime, ripe white peach and passionfruit. Hints of kaffir lime offer brightness to the palate, leading to the refreshing and fruit driven finish, with length in flavour and bright acidity.
Cellaring:A ‘drink now’ style - best consumed while bright and youthful.

Conditions:Overall, 2025 will be remembered as another very good vintage in Margaret River, although extreme bird pressure (due to a lack of Marri blossom) presented challenges across the region, along with the variable yields.

Winemaking Notes:Fruit was crushed, destemmed and gently pressed with only free run juice used. Post-fermentation of the clarified juice, the wine was stirred on lees for a month before going to seasoned oak for maturation and lees stirring. The final components were selected and assembled prior to stabilisation and bottling.
