Tasting Notes

Colour:Pure Salmon.
Nose:The vibrant fruit driven nose displays lifted aromas of strawberry, raspberries and pink grapefruit. Hints of rose petals and Turkish Delight with layers of spice round out the aromatics.
Palate:The palate is bright and finely textured, with generous flavours of fresh berry fruits, watermelon and pithy citrus balanced by a crisp natural acidity. Dry, refreshing and elegant, the wine finishes with excellent length and a savoury mineral edge that makes it equally suited to aperitif drinking or pairing with your favourite summer dishes.

Viticulture

Varietal:Shiraz (100%)
Vintage:2026
Region:Margaret River
Conditions:2026 will be remembered as an excellent Margaret River vintage. The growing season was influenced by strong winter and spring rainfall, leading to vigorous canopy growth. Vintage commenced earlier than average for whites, followed by a long, steady harvest extending into late April. A period of forecast rain during harvest prompted careful decisionmaking, with minimal impact ultimately observed. Despite the variable conditions, yields were consistent and fruit quality remained high, with wines showing good balance, freshness and varietal definition

Winemaking

Alcohol:12.8%
Bottle Size:750ml
pH:3.28
Winemaking Notes:Fruit was harvested cold and pressed immediately to minimise colour extraction in the juice and to preserve the delicate aromatics. After settling the juice, it was then fermented in tank at a cool temperature using an aromatic yeast strain to preserve the primary fruit characteristics.

Our process is driven by a deep respect for the land, ensuring that we protect the integrity and potential of our region.
