Xanadu Flagship Dinner Côte Basque

Hosted in the private Galleon Room at Côte Basque, the evening will be accompanied by a menu inspired by the traditions of the Basque Country and centred around the restaurant's acclaimed wood-fired cooking. The menu has been specifically selected to complement Xanadu's flagship wines, beginning with Wood Roasted Potato Bread, Anchovy Matrimony and Socca alongside the 2025 Vinework Chenin Blanc. Guests will then compare the 2024 Stevens Road Chardonnay and 2024 Reserve Chardonnay with Bluefin Tuna Belly, before moving to Wood Roasted Striploin paired with both flagship Cabernet Sauvignons. The evening will conclude with a selection of cheeses to be enjoyed as you savour the wines.
