Legal Entity:
"Xanadu" refers to the company XANADU WINES PTY LTD, a registered and recognised entity under Australian law.

Eligibility:
1.1. This competition is open to individuals who are residents of Australia and are aged 18 years and above at the time of entry.
1.2. Employees, agents, family members, suppliers, or associated businesses of Xanadu are not eligible to participate.

Entry:
2.1. One entry per person is allowed.
2.2. To enter, participants must purchase one or more cases of the Xanadu Discovery Pack and opt in to join the Xanadu Family

Prize Details:
3.1. The prize consists of one Xanadu Gold Wine Club Membership for 12 months, at no cost.
3.2. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, vouchers, or substituted by the winner.

Winner Selection:
4.1. The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. The decision is final and binding.
4.2. Xanadu reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these terms and conditions or is found to be fraudulent.
4.3. The winner will be notified by email and/or letter within 28 days of the competition closing date.
4.4. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, Xanadu reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:
5.1. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5.2. All entrants agree to be contacted by Xanadu for marketing purposes and can unsubscribe at any time.

Governing Law:
6.1. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law.
6.2. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

Data Protection:
7.1. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation.
7.2. Personal data will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent.

No Association with Social Networks:
8.1. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, or any other Social Network.
8.2. Participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Xanadu and not to any other party.
