CIRCA 77 SAUVIGNON BLANC SEMILLON
FRESH, VIBRANT & DISTINCTLY MARGARET RIVER
A quintessential Margaret River blend, the Circa 77 Sauvignon Blanc Semillon captures the freshness and vibrancy that have made this style one of Australia’s most celebrated white wine expressions. Reflecting Xanadu’s long connection to the region, this wine showcases the purity of fruit and bright natural acidity that thrive in Margaret River’s maritime climate.
Since planting the first vines in 1977, Xanadu has witnessed the emergence of Sauvignon Blanc Semillon as a regional hero. The combination of warm days and cooling ocean influences allows the fruit to develop intense aromatics while retaining freshness and balance.
Fresh and vibrant, with expressive flavours of lime, passionfruit and ripe white peach complemented by hints of tropical fruit and kaffir lime. Crisp natural acidity drives a refreshing, fruit-focused finish.

Few wine styles are as closely associated with Margaret River as Chardonnay. The Circa 77 Chardonnay pays tribute to the region’s reputation for producing world-class examples that combine fruit purity, finesse and structure.
The maritime climate moderates temperatures throughout the growing season, encouraging slow, even ripening and the development of exceptional flavour intensity. The result is a modern Chardonnay that balances richness with freshness.
A bright, fruit-driven Chardonnay showcasing tropical fruits, Meyer lemon and ripe yellow stone fruit. Subtle texture from lees stirring is balanced by lively acidity and a long, fresh finish.
CIRCA 77 ROSÉ
A MODERN MARGARET RIVER ROSÉ
Bright, expressive and effortlessly approachable, Circa 77 Rosé is crafted to showcase the vibrant fruit character and refreshing style increasingly associated with contemporary Australian rosé.
Inspired by the relaxed coastal lifestyle of Margaret River, this wine is made to be shared among friends, whether enjoyed alfresco on a summer afternoon or paired with a casual meal.
Fresh berry flavours of strawberry, cranberry and watermelon are layered with pink grapefruit and delicate rosewater notes. Crisp, dry and slightly savoury, it delivers a refreshing finish with plenty of vibrancy.

Generous dark cherry, plum and forest fruit flavours are complemented by subtle spice and floral lift. Plush, approachable tannins provide balance and length, creating an elegant and satisfying finish.
CIRCA 77 CABERNET SAUVIGNON
THE SIGNATURE VARIETY
Cabernet Sauvignon has become synonymous with Margaret River and remains one of the defining chapters in Xanadu’s story. Since the winery’s establishment in 1977, Cabernet Sauvignon has played a central role in building the region’s reputation for producing world-class wines.
The maritime climate allows for a long growing season, enabling grapes to develop concentration, structure and aromatic complexity while maintaining freshness and balance.
Rich blackcurrant, cassis and dark plum flavours are supported by hints of chocolate and toasty oak. Ripe tannins and generous fruit weight create a full-bodied palate with excellent persistence and structure.
